Solve the problem of "not enough to eat" and "no money to earn"

This problem was solved in 2013. Starting from 2010, the purchase price of "waste oil" of Shanghai disposal enterprises should be calculated according to a certain proportion of the sum of the international prices of crude oil, palm oil and methyl ester. Once the international oil price falls, the longer the production line is opened, the more it will lose money.

"At present, it is still in a state of loss, and it loses several hundred yuan for every ton sold."
